Gate City Bank:
100 Years of Better Banking
OVERVIEW
I worked on a year-long project for a community-focused bank celebrating its 100th anniversary. As part of the celebration, I developed custom primary and secondary logos for Gate City Bank that incorporated the existing logo and brand colors, ensuring consistency across all design elements. I designed email and website graphics to effectively promote special offers and events to customers. Additionally, I created a range of promotional materials, including billboards, flyers, and branded products, to enhance brand awareness and engagement throughout the community. Designs were strategically created to honor the bank's legacy while reinforcing its connection with local customers.

Gate City Bank Commemorative Cookbook
I designed a cookbook, created to celebrate the local Gate City Bank communities, honoring the longstanding tradition of sharing recipes between customers and bank team members. The design incorporated customized layouts and icons tailored to various recipe types and complexities, ensuring a visually appealing and cohesive user experience. I oversaw the production process, including sending the 300-page book to print and reviewing print proofs to ensure color accuracy and print quality. The finished cookbooks were distributed as thoughtful gifts to both customers and team members, further strengthening the bank's community connection.
Promotional Products
I applied the primary and secondary logos to various promotional products, including mugs, pens, and other branded items, to promote brand identity. Additionally, I designed custom artwork for branded apparel, which led to an order of over 700 t-shirts for team members to wear, further strengthening brand visibility and fostering a sense of unity within the organization.
